Job Description:

  • Provision and manage multiple Disaster Recovery (DR) invocation environments as needed.
  • Assemble PCs/desktops and set up UPS and IP Phones using foundational knowledge of desktop/PC hardware.
  • Review and gather required information to identify and resolve issues based on tickets received from internal teams or clients.
  • Assist or shadow in preparing implementation plans and schedules for simple and standalone projects, under the guidance of a Senior staff member and in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to activities or projects (e.g., Activity Report (AR), Method of Procedure (MOP), As-Built). Provide regular updates and feedback on day-to-day technical operations status.
  • Investigate problems in systems, processes, and services, and assist in implementing agreed remedies and preventive measures.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Group, Division, or Department Head to support the overall objectives of the department and organization.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science) or any IT-related course.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in Desktop or Technical Support.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Basic knowledge of fiber optic (RX/TX) troubleshooting.
