We are currently seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team and support our growing operations in the cosmetics industry. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure to ensure seamless business functions. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, support both hardware and software systems, and collaborate with various departments to enhance overall digital performance. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement IT projects to improve business processes.
  • Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Manage and support employee technology, including laptops, desktops, and CCTV equipment.
  • Provide technical support for both onsite and remote operations.
  • Ensure robust data security and privacy protocols are in place.
  • Streamline and improve helpdesk operations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all technology-related issues.
  • Stay current with emerging technology trends and best practices.
  • Track helpdesk performance metrics and generate regular reports.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on hardware and software systems.

Qualifications:

  • IT Graduate
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS
  • Networking certifications is a plus
