About the role

As a Brand Marketing expert at Select Goods', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's brand identity and positioning within the highly competitive Marketing & Communications industry. This full-time role, based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, will see you leading the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that captivate our customers and strengthen our brand presence.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives
  2. Create engaging and impactful brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  3. Manage and oversee the production of all brand-related content, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
  4. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand positioning and messaging
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as creative, e-commerce, and sales to ensure a unified brand experience
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to enhance the brand's impact

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns that have driven measurable results
  3. Excellent creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  4. Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  5. Proficient in the use of marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and optimise brand performance
  6. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
