We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager to join our client team. This role will lead the development and execution of brand marketing, digital strategies, and product launches designed to strengthen brand presence, support distributors, and drive growth in the Philippine market.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing local and regional marketing programs, identifying new opportunities, creating impactful campaigns, and collaborating with APAC counterparts to ensure alignment with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing programs and brand strategies to support business growth.
  • Lead new product launches from planning to market execution.
  • Design and manage marketing support tools such as collaterals, sponsorships, activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, e-commerce, and online promotions.
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure effective ROI on campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and recommend actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with regional teams (Brand, Product, Digital Marketing, GRA) to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and budget compliance.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis and business recommendations.
  • Develop sales channel strategies for both digital and offline markets to increase customer engagement and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing management, ideally in FMCG, consumer goods, or nutrition industries.
  • Strong track record in brand management, product launches, and campaign development.
  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, international environments preferred.
