The Brand Associate for Foreign Fashion is responsible for maintaining the reputation of his/her assigned brand through the execution of brand directions and standards. Working alongside the Brand Manager and Business Development Team, the Brand Associate supports brand integrity in all marketing initiatives and merchandising strategies.

Job Role

  • Marketing Management for apparel items such as clothing, shoes, bags, and other accessories
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activities
  • Assist and oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Help the company building the brand awareness by analyzing brand positioning and customer insights
  • Lead the creative development to motivate the target audience to sales conversion
  • Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of BSBA Marketing Management
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of
    RETAIL / FASHION / FOREIGN APPAREL
    INDUSTRY
  • Has prior experience in
    360 Marketing
  • Experience in Merchandising or Inventory Management is an advantage
  • Has the ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations through 360 Marketing
  • Has strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Outstanding communication skills

Schedule:

  • Fully onsite
  • Day shift, compressed hours (48 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday
