Recruitment Officer

Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Officer with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment to join our HR team. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process — from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective and adaptive sourcing strategies, and the ability to understand staffing needs and job roles. The ideal candidate can manage recruitment costs, maximize the use of multiple job boards, and handle several requisitions simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate, headhunting, outsourcing, or offshoring environments.
- Proven track record in successfully placing candidates for Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Healthcare (e.g., nurses) roles, among other positions and levels.
- Proficient in using major job boards and sourcing platforms.
- Proven ability to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Time (TAT) targets.
- Creative skills in designing job advertisements using Canva or similar editing tools.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with hiring managers, including conducting calibration meetings, alignments, and addressing recruitment challenges.
- Solutions-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Handle candidates endorsed by headhunting partners and proactively explore additional sourcing channels.
- Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews or phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate in-depth interviews and consolidate feedback from hiring managers to support final selection decisions.
- Draft job offers and employment contracts, discuss terms with successful candidates, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
- Initiate the issuance of performance appraisal forms for probationary employees and coordinate with respective supervisors.
- Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and efficient recruitment efforts.
