Technical Recruiter (On-Site, Project 8 Quezon City)
Setup: On-site, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PHT
Location: Office Space 2, 3rd Floor, Congressional Square #26 Congressional Avenue, Barangay Bahay Toro, Project 8, Quezon City (This will also be the work location.)

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing qualified candidates across various technical domains. This role requires proactive sourcing, thorough candidate assessment, and timely coordination with account managers to ensure accurate alignment with client needs. You will be expected to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle efficiently and maintain consistent performance based on defined KPIs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively source qualified candidates using online platforms, databases, referrals, and direct outreach methods.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidate suitability based on technical and behavioral fit.
- Submit accurate and well-aligned candidate endorsements according to client requirements and role specifications.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates on progress and status changes.
- Collaborate with account managers to align on job priorities, candidate quality, and client feedback.
- Ensure consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to sustain engagement.
- Demonstrate responsiveness and adherence to recruitment process timelines.
- Continuously develop sourcing strategies and improve recruitment techniques based on operational feedback.
Additional and Evolving Responsibilities
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Support training or onboarding of new recruiters as needed.
- Take on more complex or specialized technical roles based on operational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Human Resource Development, and other related degree.
- At least 6 months to 1 year human resources, technical recruitment, or recruitment experience. For those with no experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills and can express yourself well.
- Good phone and email etiquette.
- Mindset geared toward recruitment process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Willingness to support the training of new recruiters as needed.
- Ability to handle complex or specialized technical roles over time.
- Registered Psychometrician or Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) certifications are not required, but a plus.
