Job Purpose:

To maintain, improve, and secure the company's IT infrastructure while developing and implementing efficient systems that support Manos Allied Corp.'s operations, sales, HR, accounting, and customer service processes.

Duties and Responsibilities A. Technical Support and Maintenance

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, routers, and CCTV systems.
  • Maintain and back up company data, ensuring data security and controlled access.
  • Install and update software such as QuickBooks, MS Office, Odoo, and antivirus programs.
  • Handle email setup, domain management, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Maintain the performance of all IT equipment across branches or offices.

B. Systems and Process Development

  • Analyze company workflows and recommend IT-based process improvements.
  • Develop or implement internal systems (HR, inventory, purchasing, sales tracking, etc.) using tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, or Odoo.
  • Automate reports and create data dashboards for management.
  • Integrate systems (e.g., QuickBooks with Sales Sheets, HR Timekeeping, or Inventory).
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools that can improve operations and marketing.

C. IT Strategy and Planning

  • Conduct an IT needs assessment and prepare development roadmaps.
  • Recommend policies for cybersecurity, password management, and data privacy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for hardware/software purchases and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Train staff in basic IT hygiene, system use, and data handling.

D. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain inventory of IT assets (computers, printers, licenses, and accounts).
  • Prepare weekly IT reports covering issues, actions taken, and improvement plans.
  • Document all systems created, passwords, network settings, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support and/or systems development.
  • Knowledge in:
  • Networking, CCTV, and basic cabling
  • QuickBooks or Odoo
  • Google Workspace admin console
  • Basic programming or low-code tools (Airtable, PowerApps, Notion, etc.)
  • Data analysis using Excel or Sheets
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive in recommending solutions.
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential data.
