Task involves billing preparation & administrative duties alongside general clerical and administrative support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Clerk Duties:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices, bills, and account statements to clients.
- Assist the accounting department with month-end closing activities and the preparation of various financial reports.
- Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, disputes, or discrepancies in accounting records by coordinating with other departments.
Office Chores / Administrative Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (document transfer and or packages).
- Monitor office supply management, order new materials as needed, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Create, organize, and maintain efficient physical and digital filing & report systems for various documents and records.
- General Administrative Support: Perform general clerical tasks such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Office Environment Upkeep: Ensure common areas, meeting rooms, and the overall office are clean, neat and organized.
- Errands: Run occasional errands or make deliveries on behalf of the office or employees.
Qualifications:
- Education: A high school diploma or with additional training on related task mentioned. Any college degree is preferred for billing and administrative responsibilities.
- Female with at least two years experienced in billing preparation.
- Experience with Excel-based billing systems and processes is required.
- Reliability and Ethics: A responsible, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
