What is this role about?

The role is responsible for managing and maintaining databases related to optimization activities, tracking and analyzing the optimization Profit and Loss (PNL), and creating detailed performance reports. The role also involves overseeing commercial deals such as supply agreements, conducting studies to inform business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Essentially, this position supports the Value Chain Optimization Group by providing critical insights and analysis that enhance business strategies, performance, and decision-making.

What will YOU do?

  • Oversee and maintain the database to support optimization activities and initiatives within the Value Chain Optimization Group
  • Craft comprehensive Optimization Reports by analyzing and updating the Optimization Profit and Loss (PNL) data
  • Monitor and document all relevant optimization activities, ensuring accurate data is available to enhance business decisions
  • Assist commercial transactions, including supply agreements, via bids or other commercial channels, ensuring seamless negotiation and execution
  • Assist in generating performance reports to assess the efficiency of current business arrangements and strategies within the business unit
  • Perform analytical studies to support business strategies for CCC Fuels and Lubs, identifying potential areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives by providing insights and materials to aid in decision-making processes
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure optimization initiatives align with business objectives and operational requirements
  • Ensure all commercial agreements and optimization activities are thoroughly documented and tracked for reference and compliance
  • Assist in evaluating and shaping business unit performance by providing accurate reports and analysis to the leadership team

What will YOU need?

  • Graduate of a four-year course related to Engineering
  • With background in business development, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or data analytics
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in a related field
