Join Super Candy Corporation', a leading confectionery company, as a Distributor Specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding the company's distribution network in the Zamboanga City Zamboanga Del Sur region.

Key responsibilities

  1. Identify and qualify potential new distribution partners such as retail stores, wholesalers, and e-commerce platforms
  2. Negotiate mutually beneficial distribution agreements and manage ongoing relationships with existing partners
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive increased product availability and visibility in the local market
  4. Analyse market data, trends, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  5. Provide regular progress reports and recommendations to the sales management team
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
  7. Ensure timely product delivery and provide excellent customer service to all distribution partners

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or retail industries
  2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and act on market opportunities
  4. Familiarity with the local Zamboanga City Zamboanga Del Sur market and distribution landscape
  5. Proficient in using sales-related software and data analysis tools
  6. Dedicated, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth
