JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Benchmarks standards and certifications applicable to the organization such as but not limited to Good manufacturing/warehousing practices, HACCP, Quality Management System, Integrated Management System, Root Cause Analysis.
  2. Leads the team who will provide relevant training and certification to all auditors, quality assurance team, Operations team and positions that is part of the food supply chain
  3. Collaborates with other departments within the organization to implement the standards on food safety and quality regulations
  4. Lead the team to conduct investigations and risk analysis on external customer feedback in shops, logistics, Commissary and vendors.
  5. Monitor and evaluate corrective and preventive actions implemented in shops
  6. Implement vendor accreditation program for food, food packaging, Pest control, Environmental services utilized in the Commissary and Shops
  7. Ensures that all shops and Commissary are compliant with the regulatory standards.
  8. Ensure the top management is fully aware of any high-risk concerns due to deficiencies in Commissary or shops
  9. Perform tasks that may be assigned by Superior

Job Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in certifications on GMP, HACCP, FSMS, QMS, Integrated Management System
  • Graduate of HRIM, Food Tech, Nutrition, Biology or any science course
  • Must have experience in risk assessment and investigation of external customer feedback
  • Good leadership skills who can manage 4 to 5 team members
