JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise the daily preparation, cooking, and packaging of all food items.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all food items meet the company's high-quality and safety standards.
  • Manage raw material and finished product inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of ingredients.
  • Oversee the scheduling of deliveries to all branches to ensure timely and complete orders.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of commissary staff.
  • Create work schedules, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or undergraduate of Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a commissary, central kitchen, or large-scale food production facility.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and production planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Familiarity with various kitchen equipment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
