The Role
Ecscale Solutions Inc. is experiencing rapid growth as we expand our operations, diversify our client base, and build new capabilities across multiple functions. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly capable and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our end-to-end talent acquisition efforts. This role will be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and enabling the organization to meet both current and future workforce demands.
This leadership role is responsible for building a forward-looking recruitment strategy, scaling recruitment operations, enhancing candidate experience, and enabling business leaders with high-quality, timely hires. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with senior leadership, client-facing teams, and cross-functional partners to align talent acquisition with both operational and market needs, ensuring that we attract, select, and retain the best-fit talent for our organization and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Design and implement a recruitment strategy that aligns with Ecscale's growth plans, including scaling internal operations and supporting EOR client hiring needs.
- Lead strategic workforce planning efforts in partnership with business unit leaders and clients to forecast talent demands and recruitment timelines.
- Establish hiring standards and a scalable process that balances speed, quality, and compliance across a wide range of roles and industries.
Leadership and Recruitment Operations
- Manage and mentor a growing team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure consistent performance, efficiency, and delivery against recruitment KPIs.
- Build, standardize, and optimize recruitment processes and documentation—from requisition to onboarding—ensuring clarity, compliance, and seamless candidate transitions.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with Philippine labor laws and client-specific policies or agreements.
Client Partnership and Account Support
- Collaborate with client services and account managers to align hiring profiles with client expectations and business needs.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for client recruitment escalations and provide strategic recommendations for hard-to-fill roles or hiring bottlenecks.
- Customize recruitment pipelines based on client industries, organizational culture, and service-level expectations.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
- Lead employer branding efforts to position Ecscale as a top-choice employer and outsourcing partner in the PH market.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the candidate journey—from attraction to onboarding—ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout.
- Leverage digital platforms, campaigns, and events to expand reach and strengthen talent pools.
Analytics, Systems, and Process Excellence
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, offer-acceptance rate) and build dashboards to provide leadership with insights and trends.
- Implement and continuously improve Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to streamline hiring operations.
- Conduct post-hire evaluations and data reviews to assess recruitment effectiveness and inform future planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in BPO, shared services, or outsourcing environments, especially in scaling talent operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor law, DOLE regulations, and global hiring practices.
- Track record of managing volume hiring and leadership/specialist searches simultaneously.
- Expertise in recruitment systems, employer branding strategies, and process optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Highly organized, agile, and able to lead in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
