Job Overview:
The Recruitment Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Recruitment Team by managing day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. You will help maintain the candidate database, assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, and ensure that every stage of the hiring process runs efficiently and professionally.
Working closely with the Recruitment Team Leader, Senior Recruitment Specialists, and other departments, you'll coordinate candidate pipelines, documentation, and mobilization requirements for both local and international projects — helping ensure a smooth and timely recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive recruitment and administrative support to the Recruitment Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and labor pools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct background and character reference checks and ensure compliance with company and client hiring standards.
- Prepare and manage recruitment documentation, reports, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the mobilization of new hires, including document collection, pre-employment processing, and coordination with internal departments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as report generation, document filing, scheduling meetings, and managing recruitment-related communications.
- Respond to internal and external queries professionally and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or related roles — preferably within the construction, engineering, or industrial sector.
- Proven experience in handling both recruitment and administrative tasks, including scheduling, document control, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting background and character reference checks.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using recruitment databases or applicant tracking systems.
- Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM)
