We are seeking a highly skilled and driven
Senior Recruitment Manager
to lead our Recruitment function within the Support Account Resource Management Group. This is a key leadership role responsible for scaling our talent acquisition strategies, enhancing recruitment operations, and ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruitment leader with a proven track record in fast-paced, growth-driven environments. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners to deliver an exceptional hiring experience and support organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring productivity, operational efficiency, and continuous performance improvement.
- Oversee manpower requisition processes, including requirement validation, deep-dive assessments, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to optimize performance metrics such as turnaround time, win rate, and overall hiring effectiveness.
- Maintain high hiring standards and ensure strong talent pipelines, with a focus on securing high-performing candidates.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance, identify trends, and drive process enhancements.
- Continuously refine and improve recruitment frameworks, workflows, and best practices for maximum efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and results-driven performance within the recruitment team.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and competitive hiring strategies to maintain an edge in talent acquisition.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers on workforce planning and forecasting future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Strengthen the employer brand through effective recruitment marketing, sourcing innovation, and candidate engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in building and scaling recruitment functions in fast-growing organizations.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, employer branding, and DEI-focused hiring practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and social media sourcing strategies.
- Experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
Good to Have:
- HR or Talent Acquisition certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, or AIRS.
