Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to build a high-performing recruitment function that supports our company's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, job fairs, and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Continuously improve candidate experience and streamline recruitment workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and meeting hiring targets.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in recruitment and selection.
