We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Sales & Brand Promotions Coordinator to promote our beverage products to bars, clubs, and lifestyle venues. This role combines remote sales outreach, client relationship building, and coordination of brand ambassadors who execute onsite promotions.

The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with clients, skilled in remote coordination, and comfortable working with nightlife or hospitality industry accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote outreach to bars, clubs, restaurants, and lifestyle venues via calls, email, and digital platforms.
  • Present product offerings, promotions, and partnership opportunities to potential venue partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate brand ambassadors for onsite sampling and promotional activities.
  • Provide clear briefings, guidelines, and schedules to brand ambassadors to ensure smooth activations.
  • Monitor venue promotions through reports, photos/videos, and feedback from ambassadors.
  • Track sales leads, outreach pipelines, and partnership progress.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, venue engagements, and activation results.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives related to brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Promotions, or Events Coordination.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with confidence in selling remotely.
  • Experience managing promo staff, brand ambassadors, or field teams is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable engaging with nightlife, bar, or hospitality industry clients.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask across multiple venue accounts and schedules.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using messaging apps, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
