Job description:

Position: Project Coordinator

Department: MCN Department (Talent Management Agency)

Work Setup: Onsite (Muntinlupa)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound client inquiries via email, social media, or the company website regarding talent bookings and services.
  • Prepare and send proposals, media kits, and rate cards to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to confirm talent availability and recommend suitable profiles to clients.
  • Maintain a detailed log of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups, tracking conversion rates and client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and timelines with brands to align with campaign budgets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to adjust project scopes or deliverables when necessary while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Ensure all client requirements are properly documented and communicated to the relevant teams.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head or direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates with any bachelor's degree will be considered regardless of field of study.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing or sales role—preferably in a BPO (sales or account management) environment.
  • Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle multiple client inquiries efficiently.
  • Proven sales negotiation experience is required for effective rate and contract discussions with clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records of leads and correspondence.
  • Proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa.
