MEMBER SERVICE SPECIALIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
(Makati City Office)
Job Summary:
The Member Service Specialist will cater client related concerns regarding services and approvals of OPD, In patient as well as emergency utilizations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Facilitates administration of health benefits to all HMO members/card holders through proper coordination between the patient and the provider.
- Maintains hospital & doctors' databases.
- Addresses the questions and concerns of patients, families, and staff members.
- Investigates delays in treatment and effectively resolves any patient-physician issues or disputes.
- Handles all inquiries, concerns, and requests of members relative to their health benefits.
- Coordinates with the Billing/Collection Department of accredited hospitals regarding the status of confined client-member/s regarding the coverage of the confined client-member/s.
- Responsible for the coordination of checks and payments of/for all accredited hospitals and doctors.
Guidelines for Hybrid Work Arrangement
- New hires must complete at least a 1-2 month of onsite training, followed by a hybrid work schedule, that includes three days of onsite work per week, as scheduled, or until further notice.
- Onsite days should be adhered to unless otherwise discussed or approved by the direct supervisor.
- Remote work is expected to be productive, with clear communication and availability during working hours.
- Employees must ensure they have the proper setup for remote work, including necessary equipment and reliable internet access.
- Regular check-ins with the team and supervisor will be required to track progress and address any concerns.
- Flexibility in the hybrid model may be reviewed periodically, based on the company's needs or the employee's performance and role requirements.
- Willing to be assigned at CALABARZON area
Educational Attainment:
- Any Bachelor's Degree holder
- Background in nursing or any medical-related course is an advantage but not required
Licenses/Certifications:
- Customer service training is a plus
- Registered Nurse is an advantage but not required
Working Experience:
- Experience in laboratory, clinic, or hospital settings is a plus
- Open to applicants with no prior clinic or hospital experience, as training will be provided
Technical Skills:
- Computer Skills
- Excellent thinking skills (problem-solving and decision-making)
- Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
