Guest Services Officer Job Summary: Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure a pleasant experience. Hotel Industry Experience is a plus

  • Supervise daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Train, schedule, and mentor front desk staff to maintain service excellence
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and financial reporting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize room occupancy and revenue
  • Respond to phone and in-person inquiries regarding hotel services and amenities
  • Prepare daily shift reports and communicate relevant information to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in hotel management software( Maestro)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php25,000.00 per month
