Job Summary:

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and guiding a team to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role involves monitoring performance, coordinating schedules, addressing issues, and ensuring that team objectives are met. The Recruitment Supervisor also serves as a link between frontline staff and management, supporting both operational execution and personnel development.

Job Description:

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media, networking, PESO recruitment, and on-site recruitment, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to screen for qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, both phone and in-person, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Manage recruitment staff in the preparation of documents for new hires and be involved in the onboarding process.
  • Keep track of candidate databases, recruitment policies, and employment legislation.
  • Generate reports on recruitment activities and provide data to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Work with various teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Educational Background:

  • With bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Business/or any related field

Work Experience:

  • With at least 4 years experience in mass recruitment
  • Preferably with experience in a manpower agencies

Special Qualification:

  • Ability to identify and resolve challenges in the recruitment process.
  • Ability to focus on achieving recruitment goals and metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
