Restaurant Supervisor – SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City

We're hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure top-notch service and food quality. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties

  • Oversee shifts, staff coordination, and service flow
  • Manage inventory, cash handling, and reports
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards
  • Train, schedule, and motivate staff
  • Handle guest concerns and boost sales via upselling and promotions
  • Monitor labor and costs using POS and scheduling tools
  • Prepare team for peak days and holidays

Qualifications

  • College graduate (Hospitality preferred)
  • 1–2 years F&B supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Proficient in POS, scheduling tools, and MS Office
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to work in SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
