POSITION : Accounts Receivable Associate

DEPARTMENT : Finance & Accounting Department - Asset Management

WORK LOCATION : BGC, Taguig

WORK SET UP: Onsite Everyday, 5 days a week

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generates invoices based on contracts
  • Generates official receipt with corresponding application of both payment and creditable withholding taxes
  • Issues billing statement upon confirmation from the broker
  • Records revenue transactions on MS NAV
  • Maintains copy of all client contracts
  • Reports process flow issues to superior
  • Monitors and reports age of accounts
  • Sending of Commission Collection Follow Ups (Thru Email & Phone calls)
  • Collaborates with the Sales Team and/or with Management on client inquiries and/or collection of accounts
  • Computes for brokers' commissions
  • Send weekly updated aging report
  • Prepare monthly Output Report to be remitted based on collection
  • Monitor revenue per team and the related commission
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance role or related area
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Financial Management or any other related courses
  • Create invoices and process payments
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve issues
  • Manage credit and follow up on late payments
  • Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Communicate with clients and teams
  • Deliver professional customer service
  • Meet deadlines and stay organized
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Adapt to new tools and processes
  • Handle data with confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
