About the role

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp.' is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivables and credit control processes, playing a crucial part in maintaining the financial health and stability of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling the complete accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and credit management
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies
  • Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection
  • Providing detailed reports and analytics to management on the status of accounts receivable
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts receivable function
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months - 1 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit management or a similar financial role
  • 4-year college graduation (related or any course)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, regulations, and best practices in the field of accounts receivable
