Position: Accounting Associate / Admin

Location: BGC TAGUIG

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Accounting Associate / Admin who can manage both financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day accounting operations while supporting office administration and management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in payroll processing and monitoring employee expenses.
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with government reporting and documentation requirements.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist in daily operations.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documentation for management.
  • Assist with HR and administrative coordination.
  • Support management in handling office communications and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative work.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented.
