About the Role

As the Human Resource Generalist at global elite developers inc', you will play a vital role in supporting the company's growth and development. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and will involve a wide range of HR responsibilities to ensure the efficient management of the company's human capital.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing comprehensive HR support, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection processes to identify and attract top talent
  • Delivering employee training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and provide solutions
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
