Coordinator for International Outbound Students - Intramuros

*This is a staff/entry-level position

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Process documents for Mapua approval of outbound students.
  • Prepare documents for the compliance of CHED and BI requirements.
  • Facilitates visa acquisition (if applicable).
  • Conduct pre-departure and post arrival orientation for the outbound students.
  • Promotes and coordinates with ADS (academic departments and schools) to increase the number of students participating in mobility & global experiences.
  • Facilitates and report feedback assessment from outbound students.

Qualifications:

A. Education: College degree holder, preferably in Psychology, Marketing, Business, or Tourism.

B. Required Skills/Competencies: Computer Fluency, Project Implementation, Report Writing, Resourcing, Organizing, Innovating, Sound Judgment, Social Skill, Coordinating, Customer Service, Team Working, Communicating.

C. Work Experience: At least 1-2 years relevant work experience, with emphasis on career planning and industry benchmarking.
