Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Student & Internship Recruitment Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with students, universities, and corporate partners, driving recruitment for study-abroad, internship, and career development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell TransCareers' student recruitment and internship placement services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and corporate partners.
  • Meet sales and recruitment targets through outreach, presentations, and networking.
  • Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Support the marketing team with events, recruitment fairs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful placements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in student recruitment, international education, internships, or sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with students and institutional partners.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
