What You'll Do
  • Engage with Students: Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, empathy, and warmth—creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
  • Guide Prospective Students: Provide timely, clear guidance throughout the admissions process.
  • Deliver Ongoing Support: Assist current students by addressing concerns and resolving issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support day-to-day office operations in collaboration with the Office Manager.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately organize and safeguard sensitive student data with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Support Social Media Efforts: Assist in managing and creating content for social media platforms to engage prospective students and promote school initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • Positive Personality: Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a professional, dependable, and proactive mindset. Builds strong rapport with both students and team members, contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Exceptional Communication: Native-like fluency in American English (spoken and written), with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Zoom, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and major social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X/Twitter).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, administration, sales, or marketing.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an ESL or educational setting
  • Background in international student services or academic advising
  • Skills in management, cold calling, recruitment, and lead generation
  • Experience with social media management is a strong plus

Position Details
  • Job Type: Full-Time (Remote, based in the Philippines)
  • Salary: PHP 30,000 – PHP 45,000/month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-hour shift

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST or 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM PST
