Qualifications:

  • At least a graduate of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field such as Guidance and Counseling, or Counseling Psychology (although this can be overlooked as long as the person has related experience and/or non-formal training in interpersonal/intrapersonal formation
  • Preferably with related experience and/or non-formal training in volunteerism and social responsibility.
  • Excellent in sign and written communication skills
  • Excellent program planning skills
  • Excellent public relations skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Evaluation: Plans, monitors, implements, and evaluates intrapersonal and interpersonal development programs for students and their families, including creating necessary assessment tools in coordination with other relevant centers and offices.

Logistics, Research, and Coordination: Prepares all logistical and collateral requirements, conducts research for service improvement, and coordinates with well-being and external centers/institutions regarding student development activities and interpreter assignments for participants.

Staff and Data Management: Assists in planning and implementing growth and development programs for program facilitators, monitors their performance, and collects data to help faculty improve teaching strategies and student-teacher relationships.

Reporting and Financial Management: Prepares and submits consolidated operational plans and accomplishment reports, and ensures all program activities are timely budgeted, processed, and tracked for financial accountability.
