ADNOS CET Corporation is seeking an exceptional BIM Modeler - Architectural and Structural to join our talented team. You will play a crucial role in our Engineering and Design department, utilizing your expertise in BIM modelling and design to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Create, update, and maintain architectural and structural BIM models using Revit.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical data to ensure accurate modeling.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other BIM team members to resolve design conflicts.
  • Ensure models are compliant with project BIM standards, codes, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and reports extracted from BIM models.
  • Support clash detection and participate in design coordination meetings.
  • Maintain version control and document all model changes properly.
  • Assist in improving BIM workflows and processes.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of a 3-5 year technical course, preferably in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in BIM modelling and design, with a focus on Architecture and Structural design
  • Proficient in using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other related design tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
