Job Description

Specializes in creating, managing, and maintaining digital 3D models of buildings and other structures. These models are used throughout a building's lifecycle, from design and construction to operation and maintenance. BIM Modelers use specialized software to generate detailed 3D representations that include not only the physical structure but also information about its design, construction, and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain digital 3D BIM models of buildings and structures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and model data, including design, construction, and performance information.
  • Interpret design plans and technical drawings to create accurate BIM representations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (required).
  • Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Experience with additional BIM tools like BIM 360 and Dynamo is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices, including Level of Development (LOD) concepts.
  • Experience with MEPFS (if applicable) is a plus.
