Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect, located in Metro Manila and Cavite. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from design through execution, ensuring they meet the client's needs and adhere to regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating architectural designs using Building Information Modeling (BIM), preparing and reviewing submittals, managing project timelines, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring compliance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.

Qualifications

  • Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals
  • Project Management skills and ability to manage timelines
  • Knowledge and experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Professional license in Architecture is a plus
