BIM Modeller (1–2 Years Experience Required)

We are currently seeking a BIM Modeller with 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in creating and managing 3D models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools. This role involves close coordination with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and update BIM models using Revit and other related software

-Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders

-Assist in producing construction documents and detail drawings

-Conduct clash detection and help resolve design coordination issues

-Maintain compliance with BIM standards and project requirements

-Support the team in BIM documentation and reporting

Job Qualifications:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

-1–2 years of experience working as a BIM Modeller in architectural, engineering, or construction projects

-Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

-Knowledgeable in BIM standards

-Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Good communication and organizational skills
