
Administrative Assistant

Scoop of Work:
- Filing, scanning, routing and archiving contracts, memos, promo documents, expense claims and approvals
- Inputting commercial reports, promo details, budget trackers, and other raw data into company templates/systems
- Assisting in preparation, counting and distribution of trade marketing collaterals
- Receive and handle invoices, file and safe-keep documents, and route official communications for signature
- Encoding meeting schedules, booking rooms and travels, and updating calendars
- Handling photocopying, binding, sorting mails, and coordinating with courier/messenger services
- Assist with special projects, conduct research, and help maintain and refine internal processes to improve workflow and support company goals
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and office gadgets.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
