We're looking for a Recruitment Team Lead who will play a key role in scaling our team, shaping our talent acquisition strategies, and building a strong pipeline of top-tier talent for our clients. What You'll Do

Recruitment Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and deliver high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, set clear expectations, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee job offers, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

People & Performance Management

  • Coach, develop, and inspire recruiters through regular feedback, performance reviews, and growth planning.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure team productivity and recruitment excellence.
  • Implement training, learning, and development initiatives to build recruiter capability.

Recruitment Delivery & Quality

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensure candidate quality by conducting eligibility checks and background verifications.
  • Provide expert decisions on escalations and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO/KPO/RPO industries.
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment with hands-on ATS experience.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A leader who can motivate, engage, and grow a high-performing team.
