We're looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a sharp eye for matching the right talent with the right role. What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare positions—from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job ads across platforms and actively headhunt to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial interviews, candidate profiling, and administer technical/skills exams when needed.
- Collect background check documents and support smooth onboarding of successful hires.
- Maintain accurate records through the ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely, quality placements.
- Perform ad-hoc recruitment tasks as needed to ensure roles are filled on time.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2+ years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment (healthcare recruitment is a strong plus).
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking tools.
- Familiarity with BPO, KPO, or RPO environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and candidate engagement skills.
