Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Update customer records and document all interactions.
  • Follow communication scripts and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level or graduates are also welcome).
  • No experience required — we provide training
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to work onsite (or specify if WFH option available).
