About the role

AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time, onsite role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our virtual call centre.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing accurate information and updates to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
