About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic call centre team at AL-ALAMIA INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES' as Call Center Agents. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from our office located in Central Cebu City Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by offering appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Adhering to call quality and performance standards set by the company
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
