About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION) is seeking enthusiastic Call Center agents to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  2. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records accurately
  3. Providing solutions and recommendations to customers while adhering to company policies and procedures
  4. Escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  5. Continuously learning about our products and services to enhance your product knowledge
  6. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive experience for our customers
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  4. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
