
HR Business Partner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS · Performs various activities related to employee relations (handling of employee complaints, issues and questions) · Assists line supervisors and managers in the preparation of notice to explain and notice of decision (NOD) · Convenes the attendees of the administrative investigation · Monitors the implementation and closure of disciplinary actions · Ensures attendance of employees to company activities · Informs assigned account group of company programs, activities, updates
- RECRUITMENT · Coordinates with HO Recruitment on approved PRF's to ensure closure of PRF within agreed time to fill · Schedules interviews with hiring manager · Conducts post placement interview on or before the end of six months · Participates in operations meeting to obtain information on manpower forecast
- TRAINING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT · Consolidates & summarizes P.A. ratings, and competency scores of the assigned account. · Assists employees in completing their individual development plan. · Implements diagnostic instruments as initiated by HO Training and OD · Ensures that all training logistics are prepared for intact training of assigned account · Conducts exit interview of resigning employees · Coordinates and schedules career discussions with identified talents
- COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION · Assists employees in the availment of government and company benefits Provides relevant information to aid in the completion of wage surveys
FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE/ SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
a. Education - Preferably a graduate of psychology, behavioral science or human resource courses
b. Experience/ Expertise - Knowledge on various learning methodologies/techniques · Knowledge of labor laws, government benefits, interviewing skills, training process · Presentation & facilitation skills · Advanced communication skills (verbal and written communication) · Good interpersonal skills
INTERFACE / INTERACTION:
A. Internal Relations · Constant interface with people reps on the status of their training and OD deliverables · Constant interface with hiring/requisitioning managers on the status of their requirements · Answers employees' inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
B. External Relations · Negotiates with external service and training providers and OD consultants on best possible rates for trainings and OD programs/events. · Negotiates with external search firms and partners on best possible rates for candidate referrals and outsourced staffing activities (background check, assessment, etc.) · DOLE representatives, third party outsourcers
