Job Overview

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Support VA (Real Estate) to join our expanding property management team. This hybrid role blends sales and client acquisition with collections oversight, ideal for someone who thrives in a growth-focused environment and wants to contribute directly to the success of a real estate business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Acquisitions

  • Identify property owners interested in management or selling their properties
  • Prospect and engage leads through digital platforms, social media, and outreach campaigns
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract execution
  • Build strong relationships with investors, property owners, and potential partners
  • Track leads, pipelines, and sales progress using CRM tools
  • Research and participate in property management communities and networks
  • Draft professional outreach proposals and marketing materials

Collections & Financial Oversight

  • Ensure on-time payments from tenants and property owners
  • Monitor overdue accounts and escalate irregularities as needed
  • Conduct follow-ups via phone and email for unpaid balances
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve collection processes
  • Keep detailed records of transactions and payment histories

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of real estate or property management preferred
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

Working Conditions

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM EDT
  • Flexible with occasional weekend support for urgent matters
  • 100% remote role with growth opportunities
