About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at RED ORANGE GREEN FOOD SERVICES' in Makati City Metro Manila. As a fulltime Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vibrant restaurant, delivering an exceptional dining experience for our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and coaching to maintain high standards of service
  • Participate in staff training and development to continuously improve team capabilities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales, inventory, and staff management
  • Assist with the implementation of promotional activities and events to drive increased customer engagement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming dining experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
