A Warehouse Supervisor is in charge of keeping inventory efficiently in the warehouse. He/she is responsible for accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing raw materials and fabricated glass and aluminum.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of materials.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records; ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with accounting records.
  • Prepare and submit warehouse reports, including stock levels, variances, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and warehouse best practices.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance to ensure productivity and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance to support smooth supply chain operations.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or in related field
  • At least 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or glass/aluminum industry).
  • Knowledgeable in proper storage, handling, and documentation of fragile and heavy materials.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiar with safety standards in handling glass, aluminum, and industrial
