Position Overview:

Planters Aggregates, Inc. is seeking a proactive and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee overall warehouse operations under the Supply Chain Management Department. The role ensures organized storage, proper issuance, accurate inventory management, and timely availability of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to support day-to-day business and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely updates of stock levels to support operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and scheduled physical counts to maintain accuracy and accountability.
  • Maintain proper warehouse layout, organization, and compliance with 5S and safety standards.
  • Oversee appropriate handling, safekeeping, and issuance of tools, equipment, consumables, and assets.
  • Monitor stock availability to prevent shortages, overstocking, and unnecessary expenses.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and other departments for timely material requests and replenishments.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare warehouse reports and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and effective inventory control.
  • Foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
