Job Summary
The Research & Development Staff will support the Research and Development Manager in achieving operational excellence, driving product innovation, and streamlining production processes.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with the R&D Head on the conception and development of new products and future menu items.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and propose improvements to optimize the efficiency and quality of the existing production process.
- Operational Execution: Execute and monitor established production processes to ensure adherence to standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive product reviews and evaluations to maintain quality control.
- Field Activities: Travel periodically to support task-related activities, including site visits or supplier evaluations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BS HRM), Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Proven background within the food and beverage (F&B) industry (e.g., QSRs, restaurants, coffee shops, or food manufacturing).
- Skills (Advantageous): Practical culinary and barista skills are a distinct advantage.
