Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Quezon City for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including staff management, inventory control, and ensuring quality service. Additional duties include coordinating with kitchen staff, managing event setups, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage management, including staff supervision and inventory control
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle complaints effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Relevant certification or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is a plus
