About the role
Become the Food and Beverage Manager at B Hotel Quezon City This is a full-time position located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement innovative menus, promotions, and dining experiences to attract and retain customers
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the food and beverage team to ensure high standards of service
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate food and beverage offerings with the overall guest experience
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Food and Beverage Manager role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial and budgeting acumen to manage food and beverage costs
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing and promotion strategies
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and staff scheduling
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
